Razor’s Edge – Human Performance Gap Improving The Bottom Line
Leslie will focus on human performance and how it affects the bottom line. We’ve been focused on technology for some time (with stellar results) and the human performance factor has been sorely neglected.
Emotional intelligence, is a term now being sought after by corporations. Leslie will absolutely address the performance gap (why we don’t always do what we know to do) and kaizen or the razor’s edge (that one little thing we can do each day to give us the edge).
She will help us recognize the importance of training our intellect and emotional intelligences and have our personal performance match technology efforts, bringing the bottom line up, up, and away for everyone.
Final Friday Forum is typically held on the last Friday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Business Networking Center located at 649 Walnut Street in the Village Square Shopping Center in Cary. For information call (919) 460-6909.
